1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products and virtual items are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally cannot offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the items have been delivered to your account.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
  • The product received was significantly different from the description
  • Technical issues on our end prevented delivery
  • Duplicate purchases made in error (within 24 hours)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items that have been used or consumed in-game
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)
  • Account-related issues not caused by our service

6. PayPal Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before opening a PayPal dispute. Opening a dispute without prior communication may delay the resolution process and could result in account restrictions.
